Alan Levine’s Talk at JIBC

alan_levine_1f_500JIBC had the pleasure of hosting a great talk by Alan Levine, a well-known educational technology/Wordpress expert a few days ago. Alan Levine is recognized for expertise in the application of new technologies to education. A pioneer on the web in the 1990s and an early proponent of blogs and RSS, he shares his ideas and discoveries at CogDogBlog.com.

During this session Alan shared his WordPress as Hypercard-like experiences in creating course aggregation hubs in WordPress first through ds106, developing simple open SPLOT tools, and extending these even more with the JIBC UDG Agora project.

This is not a blog – WordPress as the new hypercard?
