By accessing and using the CTLI website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. You also accept and agree to benefit from the resources and information that we provide! In addition, when using this website’s particular functions, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such functions, which may be posted and modified from time to time. All such guidelines or rules are hereby incorporated by reference into this Terms of Use agreement.

JIBC does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of information on the Site. While every effort is made to ensure accuracy and completeness of information on the Site, CTLI does not assume responsibility for inaccuracies or omissions. Any person using the Site accepts and assumes all risks relating to the accuracy or completeness of information available on the Site.

Advertisements
The CTLI website will not be used for advertising for financial gain.
Data and Privacy
No personal information of any type will be used or passed along to any other organization by using this website. The tech services department at JIBC will be hosting this website with no external developer involvement.
Any information you choose to share on the CTLI website will be visible to all visitors of the site.

The Site contains links to external websites maintained by organizations that are independent of JIBC. These links are provided for your information and convenience only and do not constitute any endorsement, approval or recommendation by JIBC or JIBC Live. If you decide to visit any linked website, you do so at your own risk. JIBC does not assume responsibility for the accuracy or appropriateness of information on linked websites.

Privacy Statement
The CTLI website is an open site on the web. There is no login required, nor collection of personal information. No personal information of any type will be collected for the purpose of sharing with other organizations.
Use of Personal Information
CTLI may collect and use your Personal Information for the following purposes:
- to open and manage your registration for a CTLI-sponsored training or professional development event;
- to send out information on CTLI, including announcements, blog posts, Learning Hub editions to our readers;
- to verify the identity of persons registering for events and courses through us;
- to contact learners for purposes connected with their registration at CTLI;
- to provide input or conduct surveys related to our services;
- to provide access to training opportunities for interested members of the JIBC community;
- to provide support services and other learning resources for learners, faculty and course developers, staff, and administrators;

CTLI may also use your Personal Information for purposes reasonably consistent with the above purposes.
