28 Sep Drawn’ Together: A Brief Introduction to Visual Practice Basics
In this short, fast-paced session, we will dip our toes into the deep well of visual practices (graphic recording, graphic facilitation, etc) and play with a few possibilities for integrating more of these ideas into your teaching. We’ll start by doing some big (easy) drawing on the walls. Then we’ll look at a some examples of working visual and consider how it might fit into your teaching and support your students’ learning.
Participants will:
- have fun, while exploring and self-assessing individual comfort and interest in working more visually
- see a number of resources for further exploration in this area
- leave with at least 3 activity ideas they can try in their own teaching
