NINA BENNETT

WORK-INTEGRATED LEARNING PROGRAM MANAGER

In my role at JIBC, I am building work integrated learning opportunities for students across JIBC programming. I am working with faculty, staff and community partners to build meaningful work opportunities for JIBC students that support their learning and community organizations.

Outside of work I would describe myself as active, family oriented and adventure seeking. I enjoy spending my time playing field hockey, soccer and running. I also love to spend time reading and travelling. I am always excited to learn something new and challenge myself.

I think that the energy and enthusiasm that I have for challenges and learning can be seen a lot in my work. Also I think that my sports background has made me very team-oriented. I really like collaborating ad am excited to now be a part of the CTLI team.

Active, Family oriented, Adventure seeking
I am passionate about the power of community engaged learning and I love how it has the ability to give us new insight into the communities we live in and build connection.
