COORDINATOR OF STUDENT & FACULTY DEVELOPMENT
My focus is educating and supporting faculty to improve their teaching by applying new instructional practices, educational tools and technologies. I organize workshops and develop training materials for this purpose. I also work closely with student services, the library and various program areas to develop online and print training materials.
I have worked in this field for 18 years, since graduating from Simon Fraser University with a BSc in Computer Science. Throughout these years I have gained valuable knowledge from my coworkers and I am excited to continue my learning journey in this field.
What are you up to these days?
Transitioning to hyflex learning while exploring tools such as the Meeting Owl. Incorporating OERs in JIBC courses.

I am passionate about travelling and love to immerse myself in the culture and lifestyle while exploring new places.
